How to Order & Returns
Please note we have now stopped taking orders and have closed the business. Anyone with a current order will be contacted with alternative arrangements. Thank you to those who have purchased from us previously.

If you wish to place an order please either phone or email us the product number, product description, and quantity required, contact details:
name, address, telephone number.
On receipt of the order we will reply with the total cost including postage. Payment can be paid via cash, cheque or Paypal, details will be
provided when confirming the order. If you do not see an item on the site please contact us to see if we stock the product or if we
can get hold of it. Prices wil always be given before payment is expected. Please note we require payment at the point of ordering.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first to make arrangements. On occassion an exchange maybe avaliable.
Returns accepted within 28 days of purchase.
Postage: Please note that larger items and anything going overseas will cost more than the standard 1st or 2nd class postage.
Larger orders or kits will be postage by packet size. Postage will be confirmed before payment is requested.
Please note we hold limited stock and in most cases we will have to order directly from the Manufactures this may delay to orders. In instances where they are required urgently please either telephone or email us directly or using the 'Contact Us' Form. Please note DMC orders are usually posted from the main outlet in France to us, for checking, then onto the Customers.
